Each Course there will be a Master Class Workshop on the 3rd Tuesday of the course at the Hen House, Kingsbridge.

Tuesday 14th November = ‘Relax & De-stress’  

A series of gentle release work. Including some stretching, breathing and work on the myofascial release ball. The session will end with a guided meditation aimed at complete relaxation.

  • The full course will be paid for in advance and will be non refundable if classes are missed (no exceptions).
  • On occasion swapping to another class will be possible if you can not make your normal class, as long as it is within the same term and there is space in the class you wish to swap to.
  • Numbers are limited per class, so booking is essential and on a first come first served basis.
  • Drop in sessions are offered if there is space in the class at £10 per session.

 

Class Descriptions:

Pilates

A 1hr group session giving an overall workout based around the original Pilates Mat Work repertoire. A basic knowledge of Pilates is preferred. The original Mat Work repertoire was developed by Joseph Pilates to build strength of muscles without bulk and to give flexibility and mobility to the body. In this session we break down these exercises to suit all levels of participants to give maximum results towards a fit lean body.

One – One

A 1 hr 15min one – one session that is tailored to your specific needs. The session can incorporate a mixture of Pilates exercises, Yoga poses or breathing techniques, Meditation or Relaxation techniques. This is your time and is designed around you. Investment £45.00.
