Green Smoothie  For a boost of nutritious energy, try this delicious smoothie.

A handful of spinach, almonds, raspberries, Goja Berries, a banana and a drop of water. Blitz and enjoy.

You can substitute the raspberries for blueberries or strawberries and add a touch of date syrup or maple syrup to sweeten it up if you like something a bit sweeter. Use coconut or almond milk to make it a bit creamier.
