I am now taking bookings for the next course of Pilates starting in January 2017. The New Year is always a good time to start something new, so why not try Pilates.

It is an excellent way to get fit, as well as great for strength, coordination and flexibility. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and will complement and aid any other exercise or sport you already do.
