Breath/Stretch/Release
By popular demand, this summer I will be running my 2 hour workshop; Breath/Stretch/Release on 2 dates in August:
Tuesday 13th & 20th – 10.00am – 12.00pm
Come and unwind, stretch, work your core muscles and relax. The workshop will include a combination of Release Work, Breathing Techniques, Facial Yoga, Yoga Stretching, Pilates and Relaxation/Meditation.
