Try this simple Face Yoga exercise called The Smile Smoother, designed to help lift the area around the chin and side of the mouth and cheeks.

A couple of minutes per day and you could give yourself a natural face lift.

Here’s How:

  • Sit Comfortably
  • Pull your lips over your teeth (hiding your teeth).
  • Make an O shape with your mouth and then a smile shape and keep going from one to the other as fast as you can for between 10 – 20 repetitions.
  • Hold the smile shape and place your index finger in the middle of your chin.
  • Keep the lips over the teeth and pull your bottom lips over your top lips as you tilt your head backwards, lifting your chin.
  • Go as far back with your head as you can.

– Repeat 5 times.
