Pilates Meditation

On Tuesday 4th October 2pm – 3pm at The Hen House, Kingsbridge I will be running a new workshop.

The emphasis will be on releasing tension through myofascial release techniques and stretching exercises and relaxation through meditation and focused breathing.

These techniques and exercises are designed to help you release stress, relax your mind and rejuvenate your energy levels.

The investment for this one off class is £10.00 payable in advance to secure your place. Places are limited to 14 per class.
